The plank
One exercise that stops time! When done correctly plank exercise will not only strengthen your core but also helps you to shred those stubborn fat cells. You would be surprised to know that the plank uses a group of muscles hence you are working on the inner core upper and lower abdominal muscles, your legs, arms and back muscles.

Bicycle crunches
It is one of the excellent exercises to activate your rectus abdominis. Since during this exercise, we raise our legs to engage in the activity, it targets the deep ab muscles. For the more, it is also targeting the thighs, hamstrings and quads.

To do bicycle crunch you should lie on your back and hold your head. Try to touch your left knee with your right elbow and vice versa.
