Best Exercises for a Flat Stomach which you can do at home easily!

The plank

One exercise that stops time! When done correctly plank exercise will not only strengthen your core but also helps you to shred those stubborn fat cells. You would be surprised to know that the plank uses a group of muscles hence you are working on the inner core upper and lower abdominal muscles, your legs, arms and back muscles.

To learn how to do plank simply lie flat on your stomach and place your forearms on the floor then press down your forearms and try to lift yourself using your toes as a support. If you are still unsure, hire an online personal fitness trainer!

Bicycle crunches

It is one of the excellent exercises to activate your rectus abdominis. Since during this exercise, we raise our legs to engage in the activity, it targets the deep ab muscles. For the more, it is also targeting the thighs, hamstrings and quads. 

Bicycle crunches are easy to do but you have to make sure that you rotate your core and avoid pulling with your hips or straining your neck. If you have strained your neck, however, you can check out the post.

To do bicycle crunch you should lie on your back and hold your head. Try to touch your left knee with your right elbow and vice versa.


Skipping

Well, this is one exercise that can be done anywhere. Even if you are at home or at the office or you are travelling with or without the thread you can be skipping anywhere at any time and get results no matter what. Not everybody understands that cardiovascular exercises are important in your workout. Skipping is one such exercise which can be done regardless of the fact you are outdoor or indoor.
