How to Stay Motivated after you Finish a Fitness Challenge

Fitness challenge requires you to do exercises that might not be in a daily routine, so while it might look easy to do, by the end of it you might be wishing no one should have challenged you! So it’s not just merely about #stamina but also about nutrition

Over this period of time, I have come across 3 simple rules that keep the motivation high for Fitness journey

Never have a Grudge 

For all those who have won, their dopamine levels might be high, but for others, you don’t have to lose your heart. Accept that you performed the best, and if you had something more in your hand you would have done that too! So never have a grudge! This always keeps the spirit high in the fitness journey.

Keep track of your diet plan

Yes, you were on a strict diet, yes there is a lot of cravings, and yes your weight loss was fabulous! But a big NO to doing all these things impulsively. Ideally, you should be out of this trap, but frankly, this is something that even I struggle with sometimes. You can wither

Always treasure your present

It’s hard to acknowledge your fitness journey. I have seen a lot of clients being too hard on themselves! I pity them. They fail to understand how much they have covered, and due to that they tend to lose hope.
