Quarantine vs Exercises

As Covid cases are increasing in our country, individuals are bound to stay at home in self-quarantine. Self Quarantine may restrict the individual’s habitual daily routine and may cause stress, anxiety, depression, and many other negative impacts on well-being like weight gain, blood pressure, etc. Serious health issues may arise. How to lose weight at home? How to stay healthy? How to make body transformation healthy? How to improve our mental health? are some basic questions that arise.

Staying at home for a long period can hinder physical activity, which can have an ill effect on the Quality of life. Exercise is essential to get desired fitness. There are some physical activities, exercises and relaxation methods which can prove beneficial for body transformation and fitness.

Staying physically active is the primary need to maintain our body. We must stand up after sitting or reclining every 30 minutes. Dancing, playing with children, performing household chores like dusting, maintaining cleanliness, gardening, etc are some methods to stay active.

Walk regularly even in small spaces, walk around and climb stairs. While attending telephonic calls prefer talking while walking, don’t sit and talk.

Use some relaxation techniques like pranayama, deep breathing exercises, and meditation.

We must plan exercises while considering our body’s limitations and must not overdo them. Physical exercises must be planned in accordance with our existing health conditions, so we can achieve fitness, and body transformation can further benefit us.

There are certain home-based exercises which are easy to perform without going out to a gym and staying at home these home-based exercises must be performed regularly and must be included in our daily routine to improve our mental health, to lose weight, body transformation and achieve fitness some examples are squats holding a chair, sitting and getting up from the chair, going up and down on stairs, walking on heel or toes, jumping ropes, etc.

Exercise intensity should be moderate, we need 30 minutes of physical activities a day to meet our fitness goals like better brain function, improved sleep, mental health improvements such as reduced depression and anxiety, weight-related benefits, etc. exercises is a group of physical activity which is calculated, organized, continual medium for the maintenance of physical fitness.

Physical activities and exercises are helpful in preventing and managing non-communicable diseases like cancer, diabetes, etc. These exercises ensure the healthy growth and development of young people.

Exercises are important for fitness. Easy techniques and home-based fitness equipment can be arranged and used to reduce stress, improving mental health. Exercise improves cardiac metabolic rate, improves bone and joint health, maintains or regulates body weight, and improves mobility, balance, and flexibility.

A full-body exercise strengthens a variety of muscle groups, these exercises work on the upper body, lower body, and core for body transformation. Repetitions and Sets of each exercise are used for muscle strengthening. Some of them are Pushups, Squats, Burpees, Lunges, Running, and cycling. A variety of exercises planned together with proper techniques can ensure fitness, mental health. For body transformation, one must stay physically active and should combine these different techniques, exercises, with meditation and yoga for mental health. Both physical and mental fitness is the most important for us. Yoga and meditation are helpful in weight loss and improves sleeping patterns too.
