1) Non-Virtual Plan
We do not follow any refund policy in non virtual plans as these are customised workout and diet plans which are
designed after consultation with the clients beforehand and accepting sign up amount.
2) Virtual Plan:
a) If a client experiences any medical problem during his/her training and the doctor advises them to rest from physical activity for more
than a month then we keep the remaining virtual sessions on hold and once the trainees resumes we unhold and give them complete
remaining sessions. It might be possible to change the trainer in this situation as it’s difficult to block the training windows of the same
trainer. Please ensure we need medical prescription from the doctor for the same.
b) If a trainer discontinues with JC Fitness, we give a replacement of the trainer to the client and if a client is not satisfied with the new
trainer then we refund the amount of the remaining leftover sessions.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@jcfitness.in and include your order number and reason for the refund. Our
team will review your request promptly and issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. We appreciate

After a year of the pandemic and limited activity I had gained some weight and was in need of improving my physical fitness. I signed up with Zafar for 12 sessions over 4 weeks with the goal of losing approximately 4 kg in this time. I was interested in both cardio and strength training and invested in some basic equipment-bench,adjustable dumbbell, mat, Bossu ball,etc. All sessions were conducted over zoom,each session lasting an hour. Zafar stresses good from and technique and will demonstrate the same. He made efficient use of the limited equipment at my disposal,combining cardio with strength training. I excercised upper body and legs,worked on flexibility,all combined with high intensity interval training. At the end of 4 weeks,I succeeded in my weight loss goal and even more importantly felt more energetic,trim and strong. Zafar kept me well motivated and regularly followed up to see how I was keeping up with my diet and training. Zafar is polite and courteous, respects the client’s time and is a pleasure to train with.
